DropMarque is committed to delivering your orders in a fast, safe, and reliable manner. Below is our shipping policy for all purchases made through www.dropmarque.com.


🚚 Delivery Timeframe

  • Standard delivery within 3–5 working days after order confirmation.
  • Delivery timelines may vary based on location and seller.
  • Remote or rural areas may experience slight delays.

📦 Order Processing

  • Orders are processed Monday to Saturday (excluding public holidays).
  • Orders placed after 5:00 PM are processed the next business day.
  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order is shipped.

🧾 Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on product weight, size, and destination.
  • Some products may qualify for free shipping (check the product page for offers).
  • Multiple items from different vendors may arrive in separate packages.

📍 Delivery Areas

We currently deliver across Pakistan including major cities and towns.
We do not offer international shipping at this time.


Delivery Restrictions

  • We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes.
  • In case of incorrect or incomplete address, delivery may be delayed or canceled.

🔄 Failed Deliveries

If a delivery attempt fails due to an unreachable address or refusal to accept, the order may be canceled and the refund (excluding shipping) will be processed based on our Refund Policy.


📦 Damaged or Missing Items

If your package arrives damaged or with missing items:

  1. Report the issue within 24 hours of delivery
  2. Provide photos of the package/product

We will investigate and respond with the next steps promptly.


🛒 Multiple Vendor Orders

As a multivendor platform, your order may contain items from different sellers. These will be shipped separately and may arrive at different times.
