Welcome to DropMarque’s vendor community. This Vendor Policy outlines the terms and conditions for selling on www.dropmarque.com. By registering as a seller, you agree to abide by the following rules and responsibilities to ensure a fair and professional marketplace.


🧾 1. Seller Registration

  • Vendors must provide valid identification and contact information.
  • A seller account must include your store name, business type, address, email, and bank details (for payments).
  • DropMarque reserves the right to approve, suspend, or reject any vendor at its sole discretion.

📦 2. Product Listing Guidelines

  • All listings must be accurate, clear, and honest, including images, descriptions, prices, and stock levels.
  • Vendors are strictly prohibited from selling:
    • Counterfeit or fake products
    • Banned or restricted items (e.g., weapons, drugs, illegal products)
    • Products that infringe on copyright, trademarks, or local laws

⏱ 3. Order Processing & Shipping

  • Vendors must ship products within 24–48 hours of receiving an order.
  • Tracking numbers must be updated immediately after dispatch.
  • Late shipping, fake tracking info, or frequent order cancellations may result in penalties or account suspension.

💰 4. Payments & Commission

  • DropMarque charges a 5% commission on each successful order.
  • Payments to vendors are settled on a weekly basis (excluding returned/canceled items).
  • Vendors are responsible for all taxes or deductions related to their income.

🔄 5. Returns & Refunds

  • Vendors must accept returns in accordance with DropMarque’s 7-day return policy.
  • Returned products must be inspected promptly.
  • In case of seller fault (e.g., wrong/damaged item), the vendor will bear the return shipping cost.

📋 6. Customer Service

  • Vendors are expected to respond to customer messages or complaints within 24 hours.
  • A high customer rating and service score is necessary to maintain selling privileges.
  • Repeated complaints, low ratings, or disputes may lead to deactivation.

🚫 7. Policy Violations

DropMarque may take the following actions in case of violations:

  • Warning notice
  • Temporary suspension
  • Permanent account ban
  • Withholding of payments

Violations include (but are not limited to): fake listings, non-delivery, repeated order cancellations, abuse of return system, or intellectual property infringement.


📢 8. Marketing & Promotions

  • DropMarque may promote vendor products via social media, email, or ads.
  • Vendors may request special promotions or banner placements (subject to approval).

  • Vendors can request account termination anytime by emailing: support@dropmarque.com
  • DropMarque reserves the right to suspend or terminate any vendor account at any time for violations.
