At DropMarque, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you’re not fully satisfied, you may be eligible for a return or refund under the policy below.
✅ 7-Day Return Policy
You have 7 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return or refund.
📦 Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging
- Tags, labels, accessories, and manuals must be intact
- You must provide a valid order number and reason for return
Non-returnable items include:
- Digital/downloadable products
- Items marked as Final Sale
- Used personal care products
- Food, medicines, or hygiene-related items
- Custom or made-to-order items
🔄 Exchange Policy
Exchanges are only allowed for the same product (e.g., different size or color), subject to stock availability. In case of an unavailable exchange, a refund or voucher may be offered.
💸 Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection.
- Approved Refunds: Processed within 5–7 business days
- Refunds are issued via the original payment method or bank transfer (in case of Cash on Delivery)
🚚 Return Shipping
- If the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll cover the return shipping cost
- If the return is due to change of mind, the buyer is responsible for return shipping
